Welcome All the Children by greeting each one of them.
Ask them how the week was; how the school/home was; Ask them
about their: friends; teachers, the preparations for coming fun day.
Do a recap of last
Sunday’s lesson. Ask the children e.g. (Who was the Biblical Character? Memory Verses?

BIBLICAL CHARACTER:2 Kings 5-Naaman Healed of Leprosy: He was a
Commander during in Aram/Syria. Ask the children the Kiswahili name for Leprosy
or mother tongue and what they know about it and then explain so that they can
all be able to clearly understand. The maid who worked at Naaman’s house told
the wife of Naaman that there was a prophet in Samaria who would heal Him. The prophet was called Elisha. When they met,
Elisha told Naaman to dip himself in Jordan river 7 times and when he obeyed,
he was healed and his skin became like that of a young boy.
