TOPIC: THE WINNING WOMAN

We were created by God, the greatest Designer for Success/winning to create solutions and not for failure. We are therefore naturally winners because God has never failed, he will never fail.  It’s good to note that, we as women were given a great commission by our creator which puts on us, a great responsibility (to who much is given, to them much is expected.

According to: .Gen 1:27-28.

27-So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him: male and female created He them.

28-And God Blessed them(both men and women)(none of us is cursed in Jesus Mighty name) and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply and replenish(fill,restock,reload) the earth and subdue(tame,control,discipline)it: and have dominion(power,authority,dominate)….over everything that moved upon the earth.

Therefore, behind every success, there is a woman….

So, Who is a woman? She is a helpmate: she is a man with a womb (woman): she is a male with a foetus (female) therefore she a special creation.

However, Winning is not a gift: it just not just drops: it’s not luck: we have to work out, build uptake actions and take the necessary steps.

They are 3 key areas that we must win to impact the world

Number 3-God the father, the son the Holy spirit

-Jesus rose again on the third day

-Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria

-when Jesus was crucified, they were 3 of them

1 Thess 5:23

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly: and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ

Heb 4:12 for the word of God is quick and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit and of the joints and, marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart

SPIRIT - SOUL - BODY

When shall walk in full potential when we win as women in these three areas. (why do you say when we win, it’s because the Bible says that we have fallen short of the Glory of God but we thank God for His Grace which is always sufficient)-we have been winning but not to the full Glory of God-there is room for improvement.

1. SPIRIT-(1 Pet 3:1-7)

It is how we communion with God

-it’s the inner beauty/hidden man (spirit nature of God)

-we can win others by our own lifestyle: role model: good Christian example:

-our Godly fear (fear of the Lord) will make them give their lives to Jesus.  So let’s be beautiful on the inside.

-inside beauty should be greater than outside beauty

This can only be achieved by the help of the Holy spirit and it’s demonstrated through the fruits of the Holy Spirit Gal 5:22-23

Ask your neighbor: have you put on your Love make up, joy eye lashes, peace bangles, patience powder…..

-have the character of God: to win other we must be Spiritual:

1 Pet 5:6-humble yourself before the Lord and He will lift you up: be meek: have a quiet spirit:

Fruits of the Holy Spirit makes favour answer for us, in all areas of areas of your lives,promotions,increase,businesses,children upbringing,marriage,family ,husband…etc

-work out your salvation with fear and trembling

-wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Eph 6:13)

CHALLENGE FACTOR: how many colleges have we as winners’ women or I or we as individual woman modelled:youth groups/youths have we modelled?

2. Soul(I Kings 3:11-14)

This involves the mind,intellect,emotions,will and choices)

1 Cor 2:16-For who hath known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ

Non believers have no access to the mind of Christ.  There must therefore be a clear difference.

-guard your heart with all diligence for out of it cometh issues of life

-let’s not repay evil with evil but with good

Mat 5:13-16-WE ARE THE SALT AND THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD

We as winners ,will provide taste to businesses,marriages,families,professionalism(fundi wa nguo), saloon,

As winners, we are called to provide light anywhere  there is confusion or darkness.  In marriages,families,careers,businesses,spiritually and in all aspects of our lives.  We are called to be solution providers,innovators,mentors,counselors,offer guidance,support,encouragement,direction e.t.c.

We therefore need to speak out:let the world know what is the right and wrong(a closed mouth is a closed destiny)

how do we affect others? By getting interested in what others do.  Two cannot walk together unless they agree: for us to fully demonstrate the Glory of God, we must be willing to make our hands dirty; be willing to pay the cost: get nosy into what others do/businesses/visit each other even places we have never been/share with others/sacrifice our time for others/spend our resources on others/call others /sms -this will be a clear demonstration of our winning.

CHALLENGE FACTOR: how many colleges have we as winners’ women or I or we as individual woman mentored: youth groups/youths have we mentored?

3.body

-These is the temple of the Holy spirit.  And should therefore be very well taken of and guarded with all diligence.

CHARACTERISTICS OF A WINNING WOMAN

1.     She is Courageous(Esther)-must be ready to risk: stand for what is the truth and represent Christ to the family,children,other women,career,profession and as we serve God)

2.     She is Consistent (best all round: all seasoned: sharp shooters: stable in character: not moody and seasonal: does not give up )people should be able to give a testimony of you-the story of the mean King who said that even though I do not fear God nor regard any man but because of this woman, I will show justice so that she does not come again.

3.     She is Kind to the poor and needy. Be generous Who is a poor person? All those in wants-advice,  guidance, time, emotional  support, a listening ear, counseling, salvation, encouragement.  E.g. Deborah Judges 4-5.  When we help the poor: when we give we are lending God and because God is Just, he shall come through for us in due time.

4.     She is Friendly to all(poor,rich,men,women,children) just like Jesus said- I have come for all(e.g. Zacheaus:tax collector come down: today, I will be your guest.  As women, we are called for all. We should not have a clique but for us to win we should know that we are all the same in the image of God who is not a respector of any man.

5.     She is teachable:students,learners,followers,sheep,(we cannot produce that which we have not acquired, we must learn first-how can you teach others how to plait hair, cook if you do not know)  Luke 10:38-42-mary sat at Jesus feet to listen. Jesus said that this is the best thing and it will never be taken away from us. After learning, we are able to produce the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

6.     She is Humble-1 Pet 5:6 Mat 5:5-Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth

7.     She is a true worshipper of God: we must worship God in spirit and in truth: -both in deed and in action(share our testimonies-and they overcame the world by the blood of the lamb and by the  word of their testimony:-we must be Evangelical like the Samaritan woman(John 4:29).  We shall be known by the fruits we produce.

8.     She is Hard working: serve whole heartedly-Ecc 9:10 pro 31:27 a winning woman creates her own wealth pro 31:13

HOW DO WE BECOME ESTABLISHED AND ROOTED  WINNING WOMEN

1.     Get Divine Wisdom: Faith makes us winning women but Wisdom establishes, concretes and roots  the winning. Divine wisdom cannot be bought but its Holy spirit inspired Acts 1:8 but you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit is come upon you… this power will propel us to where God wants us: Psalm 119:99-110-I have more understanding than all my teachers: I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts(teachings, rule, instructions, law). Ask(the Holy Spirit) and it shall be given  you, seed and you shall receive, knock and it shall be opened unto you)Solomon asked and so can we also

2.     Work out your salvation with fear and trembling(it’s by the Grace of God that we are saved.  He is the vine and we are the Branches (Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favour with God and Man) John 15:5 I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in Him, the same Bring forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing.

3.     Study-be a student. Spend time and develop your mind.2 Tim 2:15-study to show thyself approved a workman who needs not to be ashamed-Joshua 1:8 this book of the law shall not depart from thy mouth: but thou shall meditate therein day and night.2 Tim 3:16-17 All scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness so that man (women/say your name) may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

4.     Work hard in all you do and serve God in a service Group Ecc 9:10-whatever your hand find to do, do it with all your might: God will in return Bless the work of our hands.

5.     Pay your Tithe and test God Mal 3:10.
