WHAT IS ENTREPRENEURSHIP?

 What is entrepreneurship?

Entrepreneurship is the process of identifying, developing, and bringing a vision to life. (Hosea 4:6 My People are destroyed for lackof Knowledge/Vision..but that shall not be us in Jesus might Name.)   The vision may be an innovative idea, an opportunity, or simply a better way to do something. The end result of this process is the creation of a new venture, formed under conditions of risk and considerable uncertainty.

ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDE

Your attitude is your approach to life, how you view things that happen around you. It is how you approach the things that you do. Here are some entrepreneurial attitudes:

Being positive

Entrepreneurs tend to have a positive or optimistic outlook on life. They are always enthusiastic about how things in their lives turn out. Failure often motivates rather than discourages entrepreneurial people.

Achieving is important

Entrepreneurs like to achieve. Although money is important, it is more often the sense of achievement that motivates them.

Make things happen

Entrepreneurs don’t wait for things to happen - they make them happen. They enjoy the feeling of freedom and empowerment that making things happen provides.

Taking calculated risks

Some people say entrepreneurs are reckless because they like to take risks.  However, entrepreneurs are not gamblers. Generally, entrepreneurs take risks when they have done their homework, have enough information and some  control over the outcome of a situation.

Exploring and discovering

Entrepreneurs like to explore and discover things about themselves and others, in the process of turning ideas into business opportunities. Entrepreneurs want to know.want to find out.want to discover for themselves.

TOPIC: UNDERSTANDING THE SECRETS OF THE SEVEN (SPIRITS) OF GOD (Rev 3:1)

Do a recap of last Sunday’s lesson. Ask the children e.g. (Who was our Biblical Character? he was from where? he had how many children had he? Memory Verse? How many branches has the Holy Spirit? let the children list the 3 branches of the spirits that we learnt on Sunday.  The songs we sang last Sunday,

Text (The Holy Spirit is a 7 component spirit, He is one but He is seven sided) Isa 11:1-2(get ANOTHER tree/flower to clearly demonstrate the remaining 4 branches of the Spirit of the Lord) Isa 11:1-2.And there shall come forth a rod/shoot out of the stem of Jesse and a Branch shall grow out of His roots.  And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.

BIBLICAL CHARACTER: DANIEL means God is my king/judge:(He was there in Babylon during the reign of King NEBUCHADNEZZAR ,BELSHAZZAR ,DARIUS)God gave him knowledge,skills,wisdom,understanding in all visions and dreams..he was found ten times better than all magicians: he refused to defile himself with the King’s food/meat and wine: was preferred above the presidents and princes…why? DAN 5:11-12(ask one of the Children with different versions of the Bible to read: there is a man in your Kingdom in whom is the Spirit of the Holy God: and in the days of your father light and understanding and wisdom like the wisdom of the gods was found in him… (12)For as much as an excellent spirit and knowledge and understanding, interpreting of dreams and showing of hard sentences and dissolving of doubts was found in the same Daniel..

MEMORY VERSE:

Dan 6:3Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit (OF GOD)was in him: the the king thought to set him over the whole realm

Objective: Teach and Help the children understand the seven spirits of God

4.The spirit of counsel/advice/guidance/help/direction/teacher

Psalm23:1 The Lord is my shepherd: I shall not lack/want

5.The Spirit of Understanding (KUELEWA)(Dan 5:11-12 above)

6. The Spirit of Wisdom/insight/knowledge/intelligence(HEKIMA) :Prov 3:19 the Lord by Wisdom made the earth

 7.The Spirit of Power Acts1:8 And you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit is come upon  and you shall be  my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the end of the earth.

BIBLICAL TRUETH: the Holy Spirit of God gives wisdom, understanding and power

CHALLENGE FACTOR: who is your guide and counselor?

POSITIVE CONFESSION: The Spirit of God will be my guide always.

BIBLICAL CHARACTER: JOB:(he was an upright man, blameless, rich, He had the fear of the Lord, had 7 sons and 3 daughters and was tested by Satan but never cursed God) Job 1:1There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job: and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God and hated evil. (Ask the children whether God in Heaven can testify of them like He did for Job)

MEMORY VERSE:

Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and in Samaria and to the ends of the earth..

Objective: Teach and Help the children understand the seven spirits of God

WHICH ARE THE SEVEN SPIRITS OF GOD?

1.        The spirit of the fear of the Lord(Job 1:8-9_)

Pro 1:7 the fear of the Lord is the beginning of Knowledge, but fools despise/refuse/hate wisdom and discipline/ instructions

2. The Spirit of revelation/disclosure

Daniel (means God is my King/judge). He could interpret dreams and visions of all kinds, writing on the wall Dan 2:19 During the night the secret was revealed/disclosed/made known to Daniel in a vision (why because the Spirit of God was in Him)

3. The Spirit of Might/Exploits/great things Dan 11:32…but the people that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits

When do we say you know your God? when you have a relationship with Him and the Spirit of God is in You.

BIBLICAL TRUETH: The Holy spirit of God makes me fear God and do great things in life

CHALLENGE FACTOR: do you have the fear of God In you?

POSITIVE CONFESSION: The Spirit of God will reveal to me all things like Daniel.
