Children are a gift from the Lord. the Bible refers to them as a heritage from the Lord. they are likened to arrows in the hands of a warrior(Psalm 127:3-4. this means that they provide a firm foundation during the old age. they protect and come in hand when we are not able to witness. they take the Gospel to places we would never reach. for instance you will find children in our Sunday school classes coming along with their classmates whose parents do not even attend Church services.
as teachers,we are then challenged to look at the children as jewels and as God's Creation in small bodies but fully functional and very important in the Kingdom of God.
lets appreciate the Children no matter the background,the schools they attend,their dress code,language they speak......
these are the children who will be teachers,directors,C.E.Os',lawyers and great great people in future.
the Grace of God is sufficient and in abundance for us to be able to impact generations to come through the Children that we mentor.
